Where are you located?

Sudbury, Ontario, Canada. All of our parts are made in house!

 

How do I order custom engraving or custom parts?

To get started, please email us from the “Contact” page with your information and quick details of your project.

 

Do you offer Chrome?

No, not yet. We are trying our hardest to find a solution to this… For now, however, we do offer polishing on our “Services” page… Just add the desired part(s) to your cart in “raw” finish and add polishing from the “Services” page drop down menu for the corresponding part(s). Alternatively you can order parts in “raw” finish and have them sent to your favourite chrome finish specialist directly from our shop, just email us the details.

 

How long will it take?

Lead times - Due to the nature of our business lead times can often occur, and change from day to day… We do our best to offer correct lead time estimates and update the website with current lead times for back ordered parts. If you’re ordering parts that are on back order it is best to email us beforehand to get a more accurate lead time estimate.

 

Custom engraving -  Again, this can change often but most custom engraving jobs are done within 2-4 weeks of artwork mock up approval.

 

Polishing - We polish in batches, as soon as 1 week, as long as 4 weeks. If you have any concerns about polishing wait times please email us before checking out.

 

Full Custom Shift Linkages - These are an intensive custom piece and require 4-8 weeks for production time, depending on finishing and detail.
