Motorcycle riding and modifications involve inherent risks of serious injury, disability, death, and property damage. By purchasing and using these parts, the Buyer voluntarily assumes all risks of injury or damage arising from the installation, use, misuse, or failure of the product — even if caused in whole or in part by the negligence of Cliptech Customs or any alleged defect.The Buyer agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Cliptech Customs, its owners, employees, agents, suppliers, and successors from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising out of or related to the purchase, installation, or use of the products.
